Parents Teachers Meeting
First Parent Teacher Meeting
was organized on 29th August 2015 for the year 2015-16. Parents of students from different classes
were called for the meeting. The agenda of the meeting is to interact with the
parents and/or guardians and to discuss various issues related to their pupils.
Many parents had attended the Parent
Teachers Meeting. The meeting was headed by Dr. Khursheed Ahmed, Head of the
department. All other teachers were also present for the meeting. The
refreshment was organized by the department for parents. Dr. Khursheed Ahmed
gave the welcome speech and started the interaction with parents. Dr. Alim
Sayed, Dr. K. M. Doke and Dr. Yusufi Mujahid also discussed various prospects
about the future scope of studies and motivated the parents. Others teachers
had also discussed their experiences and importance of interaction. After the
discussion, every parent was asked to meet individual teachers. The teachers
discussed the issues of students with their parents. The different issues
discussed were student’s attendance, their academic performance, extra and
co-curricular activities of the students. Parents also suggested some
suggestions which were noted for action.
